Holistic Program

"Ways to Holistic Living", Our Free Year-long Wellness Program.

Aptly titled "Ways to Holistic Living", we are calling upon experts in Yoga, Pranayama, mental health, medicine, naturopathy, motivational speaking, healthy eating, arts and performing arts, etc. to share their expertise with us. Each of them will give us unique insights into their specialty and teach/demonstrate practices that are not just fun to learn but also greatly benefit our overall health.

This program is designed for all age groups and offered to you completely free of charge.


Program 1 - Suddhi Kriyas (Deep cleansing Breathing) and Yogasanas - By Chitra and Kunal Shah

The first of a 12 week session begins on SUNDAY, APR 11, 2021 from 10:30 to 11:30 AM EST. It will continue every sunday thereafter for the next 12 weeks. You must register to be admitted in the class and will receive a Zoom link, 1 day prior to class. You must provide email I'd as well as your mobile phone # where WhatsApp messages can be sent.


Program 2 - Colour Happy... Mandala art program by Swathika Anand

The first of a 4 week session (for all ages) begins on SUNDAY, APR 11, 2021 from 3- 4 pm EST. The next 3 classes will be on Apr. 25, May 2 and May 9. There are no prerequisites to join. You need NOT have any arts/ drawing background to join this program. All you need is a plain paper and pencil. You must register to be admitted in the class and will receive a Zoom link, 1 day prior to class. You must provide email I'd as well as your mobile phone # where WhatsApp messages can be sent.


Program 3 - Entertainment show - By JEEM BOOM BHA

The program (for all ages) begins on Saturday, Apr 17, 2021 from 6.30 to 7.30 pm EST. You must register to be admitted in the class and will receive a Zoom link, 1 day prior to class. You must provide email I'd as well as your mobile phone # where WhatsApp messages can be sent.
