Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HCI’s website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. About Us
Handi-Care Intl. is a non-profit organization supporting children with disabilities across rural India and Canada. Canadian registered charity BN 889046397RR0001. Contact details are provided at the end of these Terms.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation;
- Upload or transmit malicious code;
- Collect or scrape personal data without authorization;

3. Donations
If the Site supports online donations:
- Donations are voluntary and may be processed by third-party payment processors.
- Unless otherwise stated, donations are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of processing error.
- Tax receipting, where applicable, is issued based on the information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring it is accurate.
4. Communications
If you subscribe to our emails or opt in to receive updates, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our messages or by contacting us. We manage electronic communications in line with applicable anti-spam requirements.
